Role: Test Automation Lead

Must-have skills for this role:
1. Test Management
2. Coding and Scripting Languages (Java, Jscripts, Python)
3. Hands on experience in automation tools - Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber
4. Knowledge of GITHUB, CI/CD pipelines and CoPilot,
5. Knowledge of Jenkins, ELK / EFK

Primary job duties/responsibilities:
Thorough understanding and knowledge of Test Management Cycle.
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts.
Good Communication skills and collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies.
Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and techniques. Quickly adapt to new automation tools and requirements.
Identify and report defects, and track them to resolution.
Leverage cloud platforms like Azure to execute tests and analyze results.
Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the testing process.
Identify the Gaps/hotspots where automation is missing and proactively write test cases which cover the functionality and use case scenario.
Thorough knowledge and experience of functional testing and should be willing to do functional testing when needed.
