Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client engagement by understanding their needs and designing custom data solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from onboarding to delivery and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, continuously seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
- Strategize and implement effective project plans, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Keep clients informed of project progress, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in project/engagement management.
Experience and Skills Required:
- BI Experience:
- Proficient in Power BI with a deep understanding of data visualization and analytics.
- Project Management and Stakeholder Management:
- Skilled in managing projects and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Consultative Mindset and Solutioning:
- Possess a consultative mindset and excel in creating innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Other Experience( good to have):
- Familiarity with ecommerce industry, recommendation engines, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and Multi-Touch attribution
- Python and Sql coding skills
