Job Description:

• Part of the SAP Integration team driving modern integration solutions on SAP S/4HANA implementation engagements, primarily focused on SAP Business Technologu Platform (BTP) integration suite (or SAP Cloud Platform Integration)

• Plan and conduct workshops for integration architecture and identification of interface needs

• Design, build and test integrations and interfaces based on the latest SAP integration technologies

• Experience in SAP BTP account setup and structure

• Experience in SAP BTP monitoring and governance

• Understanding of SAP BTP Build suite

• Ability to mock or create test data for unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance, working with client’s functional consultants for validation of test results

• Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

2nd Role: Service Order / EAM Lead

Job Description:

• Lead and collaborate in the design of IS-U Service Orders, Work Orders and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes by integrating the various platform (such as Maximo, Work Manager, Vx Field, etc.) to enable the improvement of business processes

• Gap/Business Needs Analysis, Design, Configuration, Build, Test, Debug, Convert, Cutover and Support of business process areas

• Responsible for SAP Service Orders, Work Orders and Enterprise Asset Management solution design on client projects

• Lead customer workshops and document Business Process Designs on S/4HANA implementations for Utilities

• Ability to write functional specs, configure the system and problem solve.

• Gap/Business Needs Analysis, Design, Configuration, Build, Test, Debug, Convert, Cutover and Support of business process areas.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business analysts, to integrate IS-U Service Orders and EAM with other cross functional tracks.

• Experience in standard SAP field workforce scheduling, dispatch, and the completion of field work through the deployment and standard integration (including GIS integration)

• Provide expert guidance on utilities industry best practices and regulatory compliance within the SAP EAM module.

• Support the project manager to validate and ensure the quality of deliverables

• Mentor less experienced consultants

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during the deployment and post-go-live phases.

• Assist with other SAP EAM sales and marketing activities

• Proven track record of successful SAP IS-U project delivery in a consulting environment.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Job Description:

• Implement developed Data Conversion approach

• 7Conduct Data Migration Workshops with key business team or stakeholders

• Ability to capture, document and communicate with our development team to provide them with technical requirements to develop custom programs required for an S/4HANA for Utilities and SAP Service Cloud (v1 or v2) implementation

• Experience in data reconciliation of migrated data through tools and methodologies

• Document and maintain migration requirements, including technical mapping of source and target fields

• Load SAP CR&B data using data migration tool, such as EMIGALL

• Use of group import and distribution import and other SAP EMIGALL provided functionality to automate the data conversion process end-to-end

• Assist in empowering and educating extraction and transformation client team members to develop technically well designed extract and transformation programs

• Mentor additional data migration team members on the migration tool

• Assist with onsite and offshore data migration EMIGALL load team members

• Lead data migration status meetings, capture key deliverables and highlight any migration risks

Job Description:

• SAP ISU Techno-functional consultant, with expertise in correspondence, bill print and SAP Billing and invoicing

• Had prior experience leading the design and development of correspondence, SAP Print Workbench (PWB) and Bill Print.

• Conduct functional design through workshops, producing output by documenting process within Business Process Design and/or Functional Specification

• Configure SAP PWB, which includes mass-market, collective and large commercial and industrial bill forms

• Experience in analyzing invoicing errors such as out-of-balance

• Knowledge in generating bill print files and adjustments based on RDI or XML files

• Integration experience to other print solutions (OpenText)

• Design a notification framework within S/4 for general correspondence

• Integration to external message aggragator (such as Smart Energy Water - SEW)

• Archiving trigger for invoices and general correspondence

• Point-of-view and prior experience in implementing a correspondence framework for adhoc and batch processes
