Job Summary:
Involve designing, developing, and customizing solutions within the D365 platform. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement configurations, custom code, and integrations. Role includes coding in languages such as C# and JavaScript, configuring Dynamics 365 entities, forms, and workflows, and ensuring the successful deployment of tailored solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to best practices, and continuous learning about D365 updates are essential aspects of this role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Should be responsible for the end-to-end development and customization of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, are reliable, and adhere to best practices.
Customize Dynamics 365 applications by configuring entities, forms, views, and workflows to align with business processes. Implement out-of-the-box features and functionalities.
Write, test, and deploy custom code using languages like C# and JavaScript to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities. Develop and modify plugins, workflows, and scripts to meet specific business needs.
Utilize tools such as Power Automate for workflow automation and ensure seamless data flow.
Conduct thorough testing of customizations and configurations to identify and resolve issues. Debug and troubleshoot code to ensure the stability and reliability of the Dynamics 365 environment.
Create and maintain technical documentation
Assist in training end-users on new features and functionalities introduced through customizations.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Dynamics 365 applications. Identify and address issues related to speed, scalability, and overall system efficiency.
