Job Description 

•  6+ years of experience as a CICS System Programmer with experience in managing CICS regions across multiple Systems/LPARs.

•  Knowledge of all CICS parameters that control performance in a CICSPlex environment.

•  Knowledge of CICS SMF record structure and the CICS Performance Analyzer tool to gather statistics necessary to tune CICS regions.

•  Experience with CICSPlex SM implementation & customization, dynamic transaction routing, etc.

•  Exposure to installation, upgrade, and maintenance of CICS and related products.
