Hiring - Business Analyst with GPP - Remote USA

• 10+ years of experience working as a Business System Analyst or related IT roles
• Min 2 years of Global Payment Plus experience and 3 to 5 years in other payments if there is any
• Must be able to familiarize with and be hands on with the software application platform(s) supported by the squad
• Must be able to familiarize and understand technical implementation of the software application platform(s) and bridge the gap between business and technology
• Ability to work in a group/team setting and work independently with minimal direction.
• Takes accountability/responsibility for tasks and actions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills and team player with positive attitude
• Familiar with Agile, Scaled Agile Framework and Waterfall concepts
• Experience working in agile squads and using JIRA and Confluence
• Business Analysis deliverable in the form of use cases, process flows, data mapping documentation
