No of Roles: 5 ( 1 QA Lead, 2-3 SA Level QA and 2 Associate level resources)
Background: Client is upgrading their sanctions screening application (Hot Scan) for version upgrade. As part of their upgrade process, they are asking the vendor company to submit profiles of candidates who can lead/run their sanctions tuning and upgrade process. Below are the brief job descriptions:
Leverage the Global Sanctions Tuning Methodology to conduct the testing and tuning of the upgraded Hotscan instance.
• Test Case Development - create scenarios that reflect various compliance requirements.
• Simulation - run test cases through the screening system.
• Evaluation - analyze the system’s performance against expected outcomes.
• Regression Testing - ensure new updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Threshold Adjustment - set appropriate sensitivity levels to balance between false positives and negatives.
• Algorithm Optimization - refine matching algorithms to improve accuracy.
• Data Quality Improvement - ensure high-quality input data to minimize errors.
• False Positive Reduction - identify and implement strategies to reduce false alerts.
• Validate the scripts for fussy logic for names search and permutations
• Understanding of various bank payments like wire transfer, ACH payments etc is must to have.
