   •Hotel industry & Property Management System (PMS) knowledge required

   •Ability to manage multiple   implementations simultaneously

   •Design, implement and directed   migration plan of hotels, through budget, structure, schedules, staffing   requirements, and making sure IHG’s requirements are satisfied through   providing  specific deliverables

   •Foster strong relationships with both   customer and internal stakeholders for successful delivery of pilot   initiative and final delivery to enterprise customer
