Job Description/ Roles & Responsibilities 

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Technical Business Analysts (TBAs) to join our growing team! As a TBA, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be embedded in existing Pods (cross-functional teams) where you will leverage your product and technical knowledge to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

As a TBA, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be embedded in existing Pods (cross-functional teams) where you will leverage your product and technical knowledge to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.

To be embedded in  existing  Pods – should have product and Tech knowledge – Hands on Keyboard

Tech Skills à  Java , Java script, Camunda , React,  Octagon 

1-2 additional resources with 7+ years of experience strongly preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technical solutions.

Elicit, document, and refine business requirements for software development projects.

Work closely with development teams (including designers, engineers, and product managers) to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Participate in the design, development, and testing of software solutions.

Develop and maintain technical documentation (e.g., user stories, system design documents).

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business needs.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end-users.

Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends.
