Hiring - Sr AWS Engineer - Remote US (EST)

 Sr AWS Engineer (Must have "AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional Level")

100% Remote working EST hours

6 month contract – extensions or potential conversion to FTE

Job Type : W2 Contract 

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Heavy hitter when it comes to AWS. AWS Certification (Solutions Architect Professional) are a must. We are not able to look at someone with “Associates Level” cert.
• Fluent in TypeScript and the AWS CDK. If they have a software developer background before moving into DevOps, that is a huge bonus.
• GitHub Actions (in particular, moving workloads from Jenkins to GitHub Actions).
• Experience as a thought leader / technical lead.
• Needs to be comfortable working with multiple “squads”, highly self-organized, and very communicative with stakeholders.

Some additional notes:

• They need to have strong CDK experience though which is a little harder to find
• It is a unique environment as the role technically roles up to the software development manager.
• Really need someone who can communicate well with other teammates but can work independently
