10+ years of relevant experience with a strong mix of technology delivery  business understanding

Good working experience in Agile environment and understanding of agile development methodology

Adaptable/flexible to respond to changing business demands

Track record of taking ownership and driving projects to completion

Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills - must be able to:

Interact productively with team members across multiple locations and time zones
