**Job Description:**
We are in search of a Software Engineer proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, GitLab, Jira, Oracle 11+, Java 8, Jenkins, and PL/SQL. The selected candidate will join our Crew team, contributing to software design, development, and the product lifecycle.

**Qualifications:**
This role entails a contract-to-hire commitment. We seek a Software Engineer with expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, GitLab, Jira, Oracle 11+, Java 8, Jenkins, and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should have:

- Experience in test-driven development and unit test creation
- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful services
- Familiarity with the 12-factor methodology and its benefits, capable of demonstrating appropriate patterns to team members
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodology
- Ability to develop self-contained, reusable modules and components
- Strong skills in query optimization and troubleshooting
