Posting description: Do you want to build best-in-class digital products for our most innovative clients? The Digital Commercial Bank team is responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy for the firm’s commercial bank clients. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead a product from zero to one, contributing to the strategy and driving execution. In this role you will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Controls,, and many others to deliver value for our rapidly growing business. 

Job responsibilities:

KEY POINTERS:

• Experience with Commercial Banking product.

• Not more than 8-11 yrs exp as product managers 

• Worked as a product manager for any larger clients such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JPMC etc..

• Ready to relocate to client location or local candidates - SFO/Plano

• Demonstrated examples of building and launching products

• Technical experience with microservices and/or APIs

•Clearly communicate business priorities to partners in tech, design, and controls

•Develop and manage your product roadmap and drive prioritization of features while balancing customer and business impacts

•Lead product development by working with Engineering and Design to drive team ceremonies, such as refinement, sprint planning, and product reviews.

•Leverage data to understand user behavior and shape your product roadmap.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

•                     •5+ years of Product Management experience

•                     •Experience in leading Agile teams and subsequent ceremonies

•                     •Strong technical background and the ability to dive into the technical details

•                     •Demonstrated experience problem solving and developing products from scratch

•                     •Minimum 3-5 years of relevant financial products/financial industry experience – Commercial banking

•                     •Experience with bringing together cross functional teams and leading execution in an agile delivery model

•                     •Ability to translate product vision into vertically sliced stories to develop the product iteratively.
