Job Position: ServiceNow Business Analyst 

Job Type: W2 Contract

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term Contract 

Must Have:

Case Management and issue management 

Roles and responsibilities:

Desire Bachelor's Degree or higher

Desire 5+ years of ServiceNow experience

Desire 5+ years' experience including: system internals file system structures, design, and performance tuning at an enterprise level backup recovery testing methodologies storage data replication DISA system hardening guidelines

Desire General knowledge of ITIL and the use of MS Project

Desire Oracle Certification credentials and general knowledge in virtualization and networking, and a working knowledge of MS products

Desire Risk Managed Framework (RMF), and Joint Security Infrastructure Group (JSIG) information assurance regulations in support of meeting all requirements of RMF

Desire experience with designing and developing integrated solutions, including SOPs and training materials.

Desire experience with evaluating current and emerging technologies to consider factors such as cost, portability, compatibility and usability

Desire experience with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for ServiceNow

Desire experience with installing application software per the provided installation instructions and Configuration, Change and Release Management Process Guides

Desire experience with managing system accounts and modifications to include password resets, additions, and deletions

Desire experience with cleaning up data spills when a user inadvertently includes classified data in application data which requires physically deleting and/or approved SOPs

Desire experience with performing production control activities, including but not limited to, support of cyclical changes to operational workloads, data administration, data compression, data restores, reorganization of files, recovery of systems, production of reports, download/upload of information, setup and verification of files and programs.

Desire experience with providing ad hoc reports that analyze performance issues, customer requirements and ServiceNow training sessions Implementation Artifacts and Training Materials.
