What does a successful Business Analyst do at Fiserv?

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As an Azure Cloud Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud strategy, documenting processes, and supporting our cross-functional team. Youll collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, security experts, and other team members to ensure seamless adoption of Azure services.

What you will do as an Azure Cloud Business Analyst:

1. Collaboration:

o Use the agile framework, DevOps boards and planning tools.

o Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement Azure solutions.

o Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

2. Requirements Analysis:

o Dive deep into business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for Azure solutions.

o Evaluate processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

3. Documentation:

o Create comprehensive documentation for Azure solutions, including process flows, user guides, and technical specifications.

o Ensure that documentation accurately reflects the implemented solutions.

4. Azure Solution Design:

o Work closely with the development team to design scalable and reliable Azure solutions.

o Help ensure documented requirements align with business goals.

5. Passion for Innovation:

o Stay curious and passionate about exploring new Azure features and capabilities.

o Drive continuous improvement by suggesting innovative approaches to cloud adoption.

o Keep abreast of the latest Azure offerings and industry best practices.

What you will do:

• Work with software engineers to define and clarify development direction.

• Support the business with customer consultative sessions.

• Write functional and technical specifications for payment solutions running in the Azure Cloud.

What you will need to have:

• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in a cloud environment.

• Strong communication skills to convey technical information to both non-technical and technical stakeholders.

• Passion for innovation and deep curiosity about cloud technologies.

What would be great to have:

• Experience with payment industry ecosystems

• A bachelors degree in business or IT preferred.

• 7+ years of overall experience in business analysis.
