| Description We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in a highly collaborative, fluid and creative development structure. Our ideal candidate has a passion for Agile/Scrum practices, a hunger to take on challenging and exciting projects as well as an unrelenting drive to improve technology, tools and processes. This person will partner with IT and Business groups to evaluate work intake priority and enable feasibility efforts for all portfolio requests.
Overview of Responsibilities Managing all aspects of an IT program to ensure the program is implemented, accepted and accomplished within a set deadline.
Covering Communication Management, Budget Management, Quality Management, Schedule Management, and Issue / Risk / Dependency Management.
Implements forward thinking initiatives in support of annual divisional and organizational goals.
Strong experience managing project portfolios and providing strategic direction.
Works directly with Product Owner(s) and development leaders for clear requirement definition, scope and schedule.
Manage risks, issues, and develop remediation plans.
Assist the development leaders with managing team delivery commitments and helping to remove enterprise and escalated impediments.
Manage several concurrent projects of varying priority and complexity, across multiple scrum teams and multiple business divisions.
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the teams and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Works across stakeholders and teams to continuously improve. Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity.
Manage interdependencies between agile teams.
Maintain an exceptional level of customer focus centered on integrity and transparency.
Foster close cooperation across all team members; encourage cross-training and team support.
Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or High School Equivalency.
Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles. Consistently makes, safety and security, of self and others, the priority. 5 or more years of experience managing/leading enterprise technology initiatives, preferably as it relates to Application Development, Application Migration, Cloud Technology, or the Migration of Applications to a Cloud Infrastructure. Experience successfully delivering solutions on an aggressive schedule. Experience in business analysis, product/project management, or product development.
Experience using leading Scrum/Agile tools. Experience managing, tracking and advising around product & project budgets as they align within scope.
