Job Position: Business Analyst/Portfolio Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract 

Preferred Knowledge/Expertise:

·       Clarity/Unity

·       Starburst data lake/ThoughtSpot MDM

·       Resource management (PMs/BAs)

·       Good communication skills

·       Ability to lead/influence leaders.

·       Detail-oriented.

·       Able to think outside the box/write novel action plans for project executions. 

Functions:

·       (25%) Act as Portfolio Manager (PfM) for G&A (government/legal) portfolio

·       Coordinate with offshore PfM to achieve portfolio goals.

·       Manage onshore PMs within the G&A tower.

·       Respond to G&A leadership requests for the portfolio.

·       Manage documentation of all G&A projects and ensure they are adequately staffed and delivered on time/budget.

·       Update information in GPS-PPM system re: staff, projects.

·       Hold weekly meetings with all onshore PMs (all portfolios) - manage training, development. 

Manage Either:

·       Onshore/offshore PM model across all portfolios - increase offshore presence to 40%, OR

·       Define and manage the process flow of the Resource Allocation tool within Clarity and oversee usage across all portfolios during monthly project forecasting meetings.
