Job Position: Technical Product Owner

Job Type: W2 Contract

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: Long term contract

 Preferred Qualifications:

Scrum Master certification is advantageous.  

Absolute Must-Haves:

(Non-negotiable skills/experience required by the hiring manager)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master/Product Owner (TPO) role.
Familiarity with software development processes.
Excellent understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts including the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
Good understanding of other Agile frameworks.
Exceptional communication and servant leadership skills.
Proficient problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
