Job Description:
Application Developer in North American Selling & Operations is a mid-level position that will be participating in design and development activities for Mainframe Sales Audit solutions using Agile methodologies on a Kanban team.

Required Skills/Knowledge:
• 5-10 years COBOL and JCL experience (requirement)
• 2+ years’ experience with DB2 tables and Stored Procedures (requirement)
• Experience with SPUFI (plus), FILE-AID (plus), and Control-M (requirement)

Preferences:
• Agile methodologies and Kanban experience
• IMS, DB2, and combined IMS/DB2 – expertise with checkpoint restarting
• CICS programs with DB2, using Expediter and CICS map changes
• Demonstrated technical expertise in the architecture and implementation
• Knowledge of Sales Audit Systems
• Requires a highly developed level of technical expertise
• Thorough understanding of source code management tools and concepts
• Good verbal and written technical communication skills
