Hiring - Developer with Axiom reporting - Remote USA

Title: Developer with Axiom reporting

Location: Pittsburgh, PA / Remote

Job Type: Long Term Contract

Must Have's:

Very good Oracle and PLSQL skills

Axiom reporting (candidate should be able to explain experience with these reports) - they have worked on - ie. Axiom Controller View for the FFIEC 031, FFIEC 041, FRY 14M/Q, FRY-14, FRY-9C, FRY 14M, FRY 14Q, FRY-9C, FFIEC 031 & 041 are regulatory Reports.

Job Description:

General

• Knowledge of Banking, Financial and US regulatory environment

• Aligns business strategy with software solutions.

• Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Looking for a highly motivated individual that likes to be challenged.

• Candidate must actively and independently strive to broaden technology and business knowledge.

• Displays an innovative approach to apply modern software development principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

• Experience working in projects using waterfall or agile

Technical:

• 5-8 years of Hands on configuration experience using Axiom for very large data sets.

• Familiarity with OAS or Tableau is a plus.

• Expertise in database design and programming skills – SQL/PLSQL

• Intermediate level skills in data analysis and data modeling

• Experience with using R or Python would be an advantage.

• Knowledge and experience of data modeling and data warehouse concepts.

• Working knowledge of software design patterns and architecture

• Leads complex problem solving and provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development.

• Proposes, designs & codes software solutions to address complex business needs.

• Oversees technical and procedural documentation as required.
