Job Position: System Admin

Job Type: W2 Contract

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)

Duration: Long term contract

A large communications company is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to come in and help build an infrastructure and monitoring tool from the ground up.  Day to day will be taking an architectural diagram, implementing it into the VMs, getting the network connectivity connected to the platforms, and doing the implementation that’s needed for the services they need. 

Top 4 Skills:

1. Linux Administration, or a flavor of

2.  Operations, understanding of operations and observability metrics and the role they play

3. Troubleshooting skills, person actually wants to do the troubleshooting (not feeling like they're being forced to)

4. Eagerness to learn/Excited to learn and want to learn cool stuff. Think outside the box.  Help build the architecture, not blindly implement what was given to them.
