 Job Position: Business Analyst        

Job Type: W2 Contract

Location: Omaha, NE/Alpharetta, GA

Duration: Long term contract

·       As a Business Analyst from Product development team - Act as a liaison between development and Business Stakeholders to identify scope and outline requirements. Previous background in finance and digital platforms.

·       Review business requirement specifications, perform necessary setup analysis, ensuring timeliness, manage SLAs, accuracy of development and/or migration and quality of the deliverables.

·       Coordinate with Scrum team and participate in sprint planning, maintenance multiple product backlog and User story creation using JIRA.

·       Translate business requirement into specific business rule, User & system Interface, software and infrastructure component definitions. 

·       Coordinate with Product Architect, SMEs, and developers to understand the business and technology needs and develop high-level design and solutions.

·       Create user stories, workflows and visual representation of new features and business requirements based on product standards and guidelines.

·       Proactively identify issues and risks, perform root cause analysis, and help implement reusable solutions.

·       Perform detailed Gap analysis for existing setup and requirements for newer features and/or migration.

·       Participate in regression testing and write business test cases.
