 Job Position: Project Manager

Job Type: W2 Contract

Location: Omaha NE/Alpharetta GA

Duration: Long term contract 

·       As a project Manager from Product development team - To lead and coordinate with cross-functional, cross-departmental teams that are responsible for all aspects of feature development and/or migration project. Previous background in finance and digital platforms.

·       Review requirements and understand the timeline from business stakeholders. 

·       Manage feature gap analysis between older and newer versions of the application.

·       Coordinate with the Product, Scrum, and development team to oversee project tasks, key milestones, and deliverables. Manage SLAs, accuracy of development and/or migration and quality of the deliverables.

·       Accurate and timely communication to leadership and stakeholder on project progress

·       Monitor, track, and report key metrics related to scope, schedule, and risk through the migration project and across all phases of feature/product lifecycle.

·       Work in a challenging environment where scope and opportunities may change with a moment’s notice.

·       Provide guidance and mentoring to product development and scrum teams on best practices, tools, and methodologies for managing and delivering projects successfully.

·       Proactively identify risks and mitigation, work with development team and business stakeholders to eliminate blockers and find new ways for continuous improvement.
