Position’s Contributions to Work Group: 

• These team members will be working alongside the other dev team members focusing their efforts on key initiatives for the Value Simulation Tool. 

Typical task breakdown:

• Habitually writes clean code: thoughtful naming, separation of concerns, documentation.

• Carefully handles complex logic that deals with numerous business requirements.

• Methodically handles complex refactoring.

• Has highly developed UI/UX intuitions.

• Develops with a security-first mindset.

• Thinks of many use cases, failure cases, edge cases.

• Suggests improvements to requirements when needed.

• Clarifies requirements in a timely manner.

• Feels comfortable with an Agile-spirited workflow.

• Has great communication skills (verbal and text).

• Provides regular, timely updates on the progress and issues.

• Takes pride in ensuring quality of their work.

Interaction with team: 

• Team member will work closely with his/her dev & design peers and may be assigned to work with a specific QA team member for manual testing based on assigned work items.

Education & Experience Required: 

• 2-5+ years of experience.

• Degrees or Certificates in: IT related.

Interview Process

• Over the phone with video and panel interview around 1 hour approximately.
